If a customer of Hemporium CBD™ is unsatisfied with the quality of product, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving the product. We will issue you with a full refund. Shipping duties are non-refundable. If the product is defective or damaged there is a full warranty period for 6 months.
Hemporium CBD™ does not take responsibility for customs fees, customs delays and other customs problems.
Payment must be received from the customer before any goods are dispatched. Hemporium CBD™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or service at our discretion.

All prices found on the Hemporium CBD™ website include VAT and other relevant taxes imposed by the government. Any costs included will be clearly stated.
